Job Description
- People applied for this post to receive and answer enquiries from the public, other airlines, agencies and Company employees.
- Candidates are required to physically handle Cargo/Mail/Comat manually or by machine to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates appointed at this post to drive company vehicles and accept and process Hazardous/Restricted material shipments following Company and Governmental rules and regulations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates appointed at this post to inform staff either verbally or in writing, as required, of changes in rules, methods or procedures.
- They’re also accountable at this post to ensure that all necessary supplies and materials are on hand in sufficient quantity to be eligible for this post.
- People appointed at this post to collect and compile statistical data must be able to assist in the investigation of damaged or incomplete shipments and completion of bad order reports as required working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the ability to use tact, good judgment and initiative and must be capable of expressing themselves clearly and pleasantly to be eligible for this post.
- People must attain the ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
- Applicants must be able to use the Company’s automated cargo tracking and accounting system to be considered as an asset for this post.
- People accountable at this post wear company uniforms as prescribed and conform to Company grooming standards working at this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to operate Company vehicles and machinery and must be able to stand or sit for extended periods to be eligible for this post.
