- Candidates must attain the ability to follow set procedures and the ability to lift to 70 lbs unassisted to be eligible for this post.

- Candidates must be comfortable working inside container trailers, delivery trucks or similar equipment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have good organizational and multitasking skills to be eligible for this post.

- Candidates must be able to work with and recognize postal codes and routing charts to be eligible for this post.
