Job Description
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for training employees on duties and policies.
- The candidate must conduct performance evaluations.
- The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work.
- The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate must request materials and supplies.
- The candidate will be expected to perform the same duties as the workers supervised.
- The candidate must plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be capable of supervising 1 to 2 people and 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate must be flexible.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
Work setting
- The candidate’s relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee’s relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company’s offices or other work locations as required.
- The candidate should be willing to relocate whether the candidate would be ready to move into a new city/different city for a job.
