Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to train workers in duties and company policies.
  • The candidate will be required to resolve work related problems in the organisation.
  • The candidate will be required to raise requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as per the requirement
  • The candidate will be expected to recruit and hire employees.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports on a daily basis.
  • The candidate would be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures
  • The candidate must be able to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • The candidate would be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments
  • The candidate would be responsible for arranging  maintenance and repair works

  • The candidate would be required to plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.

  • The candidate would be responsible for organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
  • The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
  • The candidate will be required to arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible.
  • The candidate must be able to ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • The candidate would be in charge of monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • The candidate will be required to tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
  • The candidate will be required to address and resolving shipment and inventory issues
  • The candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers
  • The candidate would need to adhere to all relevant rules and regulation of the organisation.
  • The candidate must be able to answer customer queries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure customer satisfaction
  • The candidate will be required to track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again.
  • The candidate must be able to ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of materials, including raw materials.
  • The candidate would be responsible for Overseeing hazardous waste storage areas, hazardous waste documentation, equipment, and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in French language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar industry.
  • The candidate must have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and Forklift Operator Certification
  • The candidate should be punctual.
  • The candidate should be accountable.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations and management.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications

  • The candidate should have thorough knowledge in Inventory control software, Dispatch management service software, Purchasing software, Word processing software, Database software, Business management software, Monitoring and tracking software .
  • The candidate having hands on experience in Spreadsheet, Electronic scheduler and Electronic Mail is an added advantage
  • The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook

Work Setting

  • The candidate will be required to work in Warehouse and Retail business

Security and Safety

  • The candidate should have clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations
  • The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
  • The candidate should be bondable and easily communicate.

Own Tools/Equipment

  • Candidates are required to wear steel-toed safety boots and Safety equipment or gear

Transportation/Travel Information

  • The candidate should have valid driver’s licence
  • The candidate is able to travel by public transportation.
