Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling the operations of commercial facilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports and statistics related to their areas of responsibility.
- The candidate must promote sales to existing clients.
- The candidate must recommend products or services to customers.
- The candidate must conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- The candidate will be required to provide input into product design, where goods or services must be tailored to the client’s needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for administering contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
- The candidate must consult with clients after the sale in order to provide ongoing support.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, as well as overseeing training and supervision of staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the facility’s operations budget.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- The candidate must resolve product and service-related problems.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising employees in various areas of responsibility.
