Job Description

  • The candidate must clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse.
  • The candidate must identify, label, and catalogue items received.
  • The candidate will be responsible for issuing and distributing internal parts and supplies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking work orders.
  • The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
  • The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
  • The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
  • The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
  • The candidate will be responsible for unpacking received goods.
  • The candidate must route goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • The candidate must record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • The candidate must pack goods for shipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods.
  • The candidate must maintain an internal record-keeping system.
  • The candidate must inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentation.

  • The candidate must have prior experience operating Pallet lifters, Dollies, and hand trucks.
