Job description
- Candidates must be able to communicate with customers (internal/External) via phone, email & Fax.
- Candidates requires performance with a wide range of clerical tasks such as inspecting/checking packages, invoices/waybills and entering/keying-in information into UPS systems and databases.
- They make Phone calls, customer inquiries and complaints and make necessary updates/corrections to ensure proper package delivery.
- They have to perform checks on packages (check labels, packaging, invoices) and scan packages.
- They are able to key data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the ability to check and forward legal documentation.
- They must be able to provide administrative support to the Management team.
- They must have good attention to detail.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
Work setting
- Candidates must have typing speed of 30+ words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- They must have availability to work flexible shift hours.
- They must have the ability to lift up to 70lbs.
