Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to advise on menu selections.
  • The candidate must be able to serve food and beverages.
  • The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers checks, or room billings.
  • The candidate will be required to describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • The candidate will be responsible for taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • The candidate will be expected to greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and respond to questions about food and beverages.
  • The candidate will be expected to supervise other servers and busing staff.
  • The candidate will be required to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
  • The candidate will be required to balance cash and record sales.
  • The candidate will be in charge of assisting clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate would be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in timely fashion.
  • The candidate must be of legal drinking age in order to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • The candidate must ensure quality service in the dining room and serve meals.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the POS system.
  • The candidate would be in charge of checking on guests to ensure their satisfaction with the product and overall experience, as well as providing feedback to management.
  • The candidate will be required to follow health regulations concerning cleanliness.
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.
  • The candidate must ensure that the food is served in the proper portion, arrangement, and garnish.
  • The candidate will be required to provide quality customer services and maintain high standard of professionalism.
