Job Description
- Applicants working at this post are required to have a fast-paced, challenging and engaging work environment.
- They’re also required at this post to actively greet guests and assist in the day-to-day cleaning and minor maintenance of the facilities working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates appointed to this post must have successful completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience in point-of-sale equipment operation, cash handling, and balancing daily sales to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have dedicated experience in cleaning washrooms and facilities in a commercial setting.
- Candidate must ensure the willingness to wear a Parks Canada uniform and personal protective equipment to be eligible for the post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to perform a variety of tasks like cashier, janitorial, pool and grounds maintenance, including snow removal.
- Applicants must ensure their willingness to work shifts, irregular hours, overtime, weekends and/or statutory holidays and provincial/territorial holidays to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- They’re applying for this post to obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance to be eligible for this post.
