Job Description
- The candidate must diagnose diseases or abnormal conditions in individual animals, herds, and flocks using physical examinations or laboratory tests.
- The candidate must treat sick or injured animals by prescribing medications, setting bones, dressing wounds, or performing surgery.
- The candidate must vaccinate animals to prevent and treat diseases.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising clients on feeding, housing, behavior, breeding, hygiene, and general care of animals.
- The candidate must perform routine, emergency, and post-mortem examinations.
- The candidate must provide a range of veterinary services, including obstetrics, dentistry, and euthanasia.
- The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of an animal hospital, clinic, or mobile service to farms.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
