We are seeking a self-disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. The chosen applicant will be required to join and begin their duties as soon as possible. The open positions are for Permanent employment or Part time leading to full time job. The candidate must work from 07:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.

Job Description

  • The candidate must clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • The candidate will be responsible for grading vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume in order to fetch high price in market.
  • The candidate must pack fruits and vegetables.
  • The candidate must examine the product’s quality and readiness for market.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • Candidate having experience is an asset.
  • The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be a quick learner.

Work site environment

  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
  • The candidate must be able to work in dirty conditions.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.

  • The candidate must have prior experience using hand tools.
