Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to support co-workers, by providing expertise, in acting by Ingka Risk & Compliance Rules and Local legislation on Health Safety and Security to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- They’re also appointed to promote and ensure the completion of training needed and facilitate for unit employees.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to support a Risk & Compliance culture by utilizing systems to detect, analyze and reduce business loss and financial impact.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have previous experience in the Health and Safety and Security sector and Safety and Security experience within a Retail environment.
- They must be knowledgeable of relevant safety standards and regulations, security processes, tools and working methods.
- Candidates must be energized by the implementation of safeguards that bring value to the business and protect the financial and moral position.
- They must attain the ability to conduct a risk assessment and implement the hierarchy of controls to be eligible for this post.
