Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring personnel workloads and locations.
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising vehicle operators on traffic and related issues.
- The candidate must assist in the maintenance of communications equipment.
- The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel as needed in emergency situations.
- The candidate will be responsible for following up on work-order issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of shipments.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about highway trucking and the associated rules and regulations.
- The candidate must process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to deliver requested wakeup calls.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 16 to 20 people.

- The candidate must work in the transportation industry, which requires a strong work ethic, meticulous planning, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic mail, operating GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, and MS Windows.
Service experience
- The candidate must have experience in trucking services.
