Job Description
- The candidate must confirm transportation and accommodation reservations.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating recreational activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for resolving itinerary and other problems.
- The candidate must assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation.
- The candidate must provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, and other details.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, historical, heritage, and other sites, as well as answering questions and providing information.
- The candidate will be responsible for transporting or escorting individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways, industrial and other establishments.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
