Job Description

The candidate will be required to train workers in duties and company policies.

The candidate must be able to ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
The candidate would be in charge of monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
The candidate will be required to tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments.
The candidate will be required to address and resolving shipment and inventory issues
The candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retailers
The candidate would need to adhere to all relevant rules and regulation of the organisation.
The candidate must be able to answer customer queries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
The candidate will be required to ensure customer satisfaction
The candidate will be required to track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again.
The candidate must be able to ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of materials, including raw materials.
The candidate would be responsible for Overseeing hazardous waste storage areas, hazardous waste documentation, equipment, and procedures.

The candidate should be fluent in English language.
The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7 months to 1 years of working experience in similar industry.
The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
