Job Description
- Candidates are appointed for coaching and guidance to prepare apprentices for the Certificate of Qualification (CofQ) exam.
- They’re also appointed to respond to, investigate and review all staff motorized incidents as required.
- They’re also required to conduct personal interviews, recommend corrective action and maintain related hard copy and data-based records.
- Candidates are appointed to research, develop, recommend and implement appropriate fleet training and compliance policies and procedures to improve compliance and service.
- They’re required to assist in the development of internal systems to track staff training records and ensure compliance.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain dedicated experience in creating, administering, and delivering adult training programs, including.
- They must attain the ability to facilitate classroom instruction, conduct training needs assessments, and evaluate training programs.
- Candidates shall be able to assess travel to various shifts and locations.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
