Job description

- In both classroom and vehicle operating settings, candidates will assess the skills, abilities, and knowledge of light vehicle operators.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have a degree, diploma, or certificate from an accredited university/college in one of the following: Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Commerce or Business Admin (with concentration in Human Resources/course work in Training & Development), Certificate of Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Learning.
- They should possess a combination of a high school diploma and current relevant experience (current experience is defined as experience obtained within the last five (5) years.
Work setting
- The ability to administer procedures ensuring effective employee training, including post-course evaluation and follow-up activities, is a prerequisite for candidates.
- Candidates must possess the ability to offer counseling and coaching to current employees, as well as to give direction and recommendations to employees and management staff regarding further training or remedial action in cases where training standards are not met, and they may suggest disciplinary measures.
