Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to operate wheel balancers to determine proper weight and placement to balance wheels.
- They’re also appointed to attach wheel weights to rims with a wheel weight hammer.
- Candidates are also appointed to repair flat tires for members according to Tire Industry Standards.
- Candidates are also appointed to cleans installed areas by sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
- They’re also appointed to answer phone calls as required and provide price quotes by phone, in person and by email as needed.
- Candidates at this post are also appointed to organize all special order and .CA tires for efficiency working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to provide members with booked appointments for special orders at time of purchase.
- Candidates at this post are appointed to assist in invoicing tire purchase and install/repair services.
- They’re required to load appointment tires and transfers to preset staging areas in sales.
- Candidates appointed at this post to calculate refund amount for warranty returns of tires and auto batteries working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have completed a high school diploma to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a valid driver’s license to be eligible for this post.
- They must pass the Costco Tire certification test to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have previous tire installation/tire sales experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to communicate in French to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must pass appropriate provincial PP0-3 certification along with TDG Certification from PTI 100-11 program.
