Job description
- Candidates will provide individualized one-to-one supports to tenants.
- Candidates will maintain a caseload of 10-15 tenants with varying levels of acuity.
- They will help tenants identify their challenges and skills.
- They have to create opportunities for tenants to re-engage with larger community through external programs and activities.
- They will work with tenants to build a tenant council.
- They will create community building initiatives that support a healthy community.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Social Work.
- Candidates must have working knowledge of pertinent provincial and federal legislation.
