Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to work with Tri-Services in some emergencies to arrange for barricades and other traffic control devices.
- They’re appointed to monitor several alarm systems.
- Candidates are also appointed to enter data accurately.
- They’re appointed to operate the Advanced Traveller Information System and the traffic advisory radio.
- Candidates are required to monitor and operate the various systems at the Roads Operations Centre.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a High School Diploma or equivalency.
- They must attain at least 2 years of experience in a communication, call centre, or dispatch-related field.
- Candidates must acquire basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must attain dedicated experience operating the 3-1-1 Customer Service Request (CSR) Motorola system and Hansen software.
- They just need Excellent communication skills to be eligible for this post.
