Job Description
- They’re appointed to define specific initiatives aimed at improving IT services and processes, based on the results of service reviews and process evaluations.
- They’re also appointed to verify the improvement initiatives are proceeding according to plan and to introduce corrective measures.
- They’re appointed to measure the report and communicate on IT service improvement initiatives.
- Candidates are also appointed to collaborate with the Technology Service Desk Team on day-to-day operations.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- They must attain the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates must attain basic knowledge of IT service management practices including request management, incident management and knowledge management.
- Candidate must attain excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
Work setting
- They must attain excellent customer service, listening, communication skills and problem-solving skills to be eligible for this post.
