Job Description
- Applicants working at this post are required to oversee the receiving, warehousing and distribution operation.
- Applicants are also required to implement and ensure adherence to policies and procedures working at this post.
They’re also required to carry out weekly and monthly departmental self-audits to ensure compliance. - Candidates at this post are also appointed to maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling working at this post.
- Candidates at this post are also appointed to coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding working at this post.
- Applicants at this post are also appointed to lead employees to meet Logistics expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
Job requirement
- They must have 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience in a Unionized environment to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attains bachelor’s degree holder in Aviation Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management to get preferred for this post.
- Candidates at this post must have to maintain excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures to be eligible for this post.
- They must have proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls and attain the ability to obtain a restricted area identification card to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have valid drivers’ license and ability to obtain Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit to be eligible for this post.
- They must have proficient computer skills and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal to be eligible for this post.
