Job Description
- Candidates working in this post coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow-up on daily activities within the building.
- Candidates for this post are also required to assist in departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management working at this post.
- Candidates are required to support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, use, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness working at this post.
- Candidates working at this post collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques working at this post.
Job requirement
- A person must be 18 years or older to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have 2 to 3 years of total retail experience to get preferred for this.
- Candidates with previous store leadership roles will be preferred for this post.
- Applicants for this post must attain leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results to be eligible for this post.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
