Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to build and sustain external networks in innovation design with other government and private sector organizations.
- They’re also appointed to maintain portfolio oversight of the concurrent Corporate-facing services.
- They’re appointed to perform review strategy, metrics and Key Performance Indicators, progress monitoring and reporting.
- Candidates are appointed to maintain an up-to-date status of both current and emerging projects, including progress, reporting milestones, and potential risks/mitigation steps.
- They’re appointed to develop and manage a team of Innovation Lab staff for the delivery of services across the organization.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated degree in science, arts, social science, public administration, business, design, planning and others.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience with the skills of progressive leadership.
- Candidates must attain excellent communication skills, influencing, relationship building and political acumen.
- They must attain excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.
