Job Description 

  • Applicants appointed for this post are required to research various options for resolution and provide clients with a recommended approach or approved alternative working at this post.
  • They’re also required at this post to listen and probe when handling inquiries to ensure the complexity of the inquiries at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are required to perform testing of system enhancements and upgrades to current platforms.
  • They’re also required at this post to provide support and troubleshooting services to users and staff experiencing SAP application support problems.
  • Applicants working at this post are required to advise clients on software operations, limitations and possible solutions working at this post.
  • They’re appointed at this post to maintain computerized record, filing and retrieval systems.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates for this post must have dedicated experience in the functions of payroll, benefits or pension processing in major public or private sectors.
  • They must have extensive customer service experience using various mediums like by phone or email to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants for this post must have dedicated experience with computerized workforce management systems like SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Applicants for this post must have prior proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
