Job Description

- They’re also appointed to maintain a passion for continuous improvement, you will leverage data and analytics to inform your plans and recommendations, strengthening overall quality and efficiency.
- They must have strong connections with clients, candidates, and community members.
- Candidates are also appointed to develop innovative strategies and solutions to meet clients’ hiring needs.
- They’re also required to provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and being a trusted partner to those you serve.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a completion of a postsecondary credential in human resources or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain end-to-end recruitment services to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to apply and interpret HR policy, legislation, and regulations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have provided consultation and advice to hiring managers to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in sourcing and outreach to be eligible for this post.
- They must acquire at least 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment technology and social media to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience recruiting for IT positions of at least 3 years to get preferred for this post.
- They must attain at least 3 years of experience in chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation to be eligible for this post.
