Job Description
- The candidate must demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to kitchen staff.
- The candidate must supervise the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- The candidate will be responsible for instructing cooks on food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising cooks and other kitchen personnel.
- The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
- The candidate must prepare dishes for customers who have food allergies or intolerances.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities of sous-chefs, specialty chefs, chefs, and cooks.
- The candidate must train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading and instructing individuals.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and assistants.
- The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations.

Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be capable of supervising 1 to 2 people and 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate must supervise working groups and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- The candidate must have a Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- The candidate must have leadership skills.
