Job Description
- Candidates interested in this post are required to administer, prepare, process and compose documents, including court orders and invoices working at this post.
- People interested in this post are required to ensure and check the preparation and processing of documents following appropriate policies and legislation.
- Applicants interested in this post are also accountable for coordinating and controlling data input into computer systems and checking/editing lists to verify the accuracy and completeness of output working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are also appointed to provide guidance and help to users in solving input and interpretation problems, in system use, and other working at this post.
- Applicants interested in this post are accountable for identifying and preparing detailed notations regarding complaints and potential conflict of interest situations to be reported immediately to the supervisor or administrator working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have extensive administrative/clerical experience, including court clerk functions and transcription, to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have dedicated experience in providing work direction, training, guidance and support to staff.
- They must attain experience in preparing detailed correspondence, including statistical summaries, transcripts, report writing and developing training material to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants interested in this post must have advanced knowledge of relevant policies, in-court procedures, regulations and legislation about court and business administration to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain the ability to travel between courts when required or report directly to an alternate court location due to operational needs to be eligible for this post.
