Job Description
- Candidates for this post are responsible for releasing ingredients and packaging from 3PL for daily production needs.
- They’re required at this post to ensure the weekly production plan is confirmed and executed, maintaining scheduling Adherence working at this post.
- They’re required to collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, the QA Team, the Transportation Team, Optimization, HR and Finance.
- Candidates are also required at this post to ensure Production Orders and employee flow are maintained, correct and updated.
- Candidates for this post are required to convert plan orders to Process orders in the IBP system following the production schedule daily.
- They’re appointed at this post to work with the QA team on product hold and release weekly to ensure customer orders are deployed.
- They’re required at this post to create and update the blend tracker based on the needs of production daily.
- They’re also appointed at this post to compile daily material usage lists from the SAP System and give them to inventory staging employees.
Job requirement
- Candidates working at this post must have 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or supply chain environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong data entry and computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Candidates working in this post must have excellent organizational skills with deliberate attention to detail.
- They’re also required to maintain excellent comprehension and analytical skills to gain insights into key shipping metrics.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work with minimal supervision and acquire a strong knowledge of floor operations across all shifts to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must acquire problem-solving skills enabling themselves to consider multiple variables and solutions in a time-sensitive environment.
- They must have excellent communication skills along with dedicated process thinking and the ability to link floor and system processes.
