Job Description

  • Candidates at this post are required to implement and maintain policies, procedures and standards to ensure a safe, productive and timely operation about continuous improvement initiatives working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates for this post must hold a valid – Truck and Coach Technician (310T) certificate and maintain it in good standing to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have a current Ontario Government Certificate of Qualifications Automotive Service Technician to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants at this post must have a valid G Driver’s License along with a prior D or C Ontario Driver’s License with a “Z” endorsement with a Driving Abstract acceptable to the city to be preferred for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
