Job description
- Candidates are responsible for providing services to the President, Executive and Program Directors.
- They are also responsible for providing services to Program Support Managers and Program Team Managers.
- They will direct and coordinate the administration.
- They inherent in this is the provision of direction, coordination, guidance, leadership, and support to all staff.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a minimum five (5) years nursing experience in various clinical areas.
- They must have previous experience in nursing management.
- They must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- They must have Certification/Licensure/Registration
- They must have CRNM registration.
Work setting
- Candidates must have demonstrated supervisory skills.
- They must have demonstrated leadership ability.
- They must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- They must have good analytical skills.
