Job Description
- People who applied for this post are required to maintain advisory, programs, collection development, bibliographic access and inventory control, systems support or development work at this post.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a Master’s degree in library and information sciences from an accredited library school to be eligible for this post.
- People must have completed general knowledge of Library policies and procedures to be preferred for this post.
- They must have prior knowledge of Library circulation procedures and practices.
- They must have supervisory techniques and practices and must know evaluation criteria to select materials for addition to Library collections.
- Candidates must have prior knowledge of theories and principles of library science as well as methods and techniques of library operations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must know about current automated library systems.
- They must know about microcomputers, hardware, software and peripherals.
- Candidates must know current web development tools and trends.
- They must have knowledge of intranet structures and development to be preferred for this post.
