Job Description

• The candidate must create and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
• The candidate will be expected to hire, train, and supervise employees.
• The candidate must plan and manage the facility’s operating budget.
• The candidate must plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of commercial, transportation, and recreational facilities, as well as the included real estate.
• The candidate will be expected to prepare or supervise the preparation of reports and statistics pertaining to areas of responsibility.
• The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an inventory control system.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must have an other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
