Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop successful sales plans to grow profitability.
- Applicants are required to recruit, train, develop and motivate your employees working at this post.

Job requirement
- They must have completed a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post have 2 years of college along with military experience to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have prior successful food service, retail, and grocery management experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict-resolution skills to be preferred for this post.
- They must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment to get preferred for this post.
Work setting
