Job requirement

Candidates working at this post must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
They must require the ability to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment.
They must attain the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
They must attain the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change to be eligible for this post.
They must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program.
Applicants must attain the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety to be preferred for this post.
Candidates must ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock.
They must attain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
