Job requirement 

  • Candidates working at this post must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
  • They must require the ability to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Candidates must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment.
  • They must attain the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must attain the ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must attain the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and requirements relating to food safety to be preferred for this post. 
  • Candidates must ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock.
  • They must attain excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
