Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to plan, direct, and implement station operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
- They’re also responsible for preparing and analyzing performance reports regarding key performance indicators, budgets and dedicated forecasts.
- They’re also required to monitor results on an ongoing basis and adjust operations.
- Candidates are appointed to this post to ensure payroll is accurately approved and submitted promptly.
- Candidates are also appointed to provide overall direction, support, coaching and leadership to the team to achieve the organizational objectives.
- They’re also required to ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the station working at this post.
Job requirement
- They must have 5+ years’ experience at a manager level in a fast-paced environment in the logistics industry and team management.
- Candidates must have dedicated leadership abilities to guide a team working in a fast-paced environment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a culture of excellence.
- Candidates for this post must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- They must have the ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
