Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to plan, direct, and implement station operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
  • They’re also responsible for preparing and analyzing performance reports regarding key performance indicators, budgets and dedicated forecasts.
  • They’re also required to monitor results on an ongoing basis and adjust operations. 
  • Candidates are appointed to this post to ensure payroll is accurately approved and submitted promptly.
  • Candidates are also appointed to provide overall direction, support, coaching and leadership to the team to achieve the organizational objectives.
  • They’re also required to ensure adherence to policies and procedures for the station working at this post. 

Job requirement 

  • They must have 5+ years’ experience at a manager level in a fast-paced environment in the logistics industry and team management.
  • Candidates must have dedicated leadership abilities to guide a team working in a fast-paced environment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a culture of excellence.
  • Candidates for this post must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • They must have the ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Candidates must attain the ability to effectively prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met, adapting to shifting priorities and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Candidates must acquire strong interpersonal skills including leadership, conflict resolution and team-building abilities to be eligible for this post.
