Job Description
- Candidates will have to develop and implement detailed plans and recommended policies regarding specific requirements of programs.
- The candidate will have to manage, motivate and train the unit’s staff, also ensure teamwork and high standards of work quality.
- Candidates will have to develop, recommend and administer the annual budget for the unit.
- Candidates also provide advice to management staff and assist them in managing the work effectively.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be a registered psychologist within the province of Ontario.
- Candidates must be a member in good standing of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- The candidate has considerable clinical experience, coupled with team leadership expertise to manage the provision of psychological services.
- Candidates must have the ability to provide individual, marital, and family psychological consultations.
Work setting
