Job requirement
- Candidate must attain 10+ years’ experience in a senior-level role, building and executing the learning strategy and learning function within a firm
- They must attain dedicated experience in driving the delivery & implementation of innovative learning & development initiatives.
- Candidate must attain dedicated experience leading large-scale projects, programs, and deliverables with a sizable impact
- They must attain the ability to thrive in a company and industry of constant change.
