Job Description 

  • Applicants working at this post are required to provide continuous analysis of existing case data, and fraud system rules working at this Applicants are also appointed for reporting logic to ensure data integrity and accuracy working at this post.
  •  Applicants are also appointed to identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes, rules and reports working at this post.
  • Candidates for this post are appointed to provide support to the various Fraud Systems, including technical changes being implemented into the environment working at this post.
  • Candidates for this post are also required to train and support new and existing Fraud System users working at this post.

Job requirement

  • Applicants must have demonstrated business reporting and analytical experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have previous experience in an IT-related function to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have post-secondary education within a Business or quantitative field to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have completed technical aptitude and must have SQL knowledge and a sound understanding of database queries, structures and data management principles and MS Excel to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must have previous experience in Fraud or Telecommunications to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be eligible for this post.
  • They must be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment to be preferred for this post.
