Job description
- Candidates must work with designated HR Business Partners to align business priorities with labour needs, based on clients’ recruitment forecasts and organisation structure needs.
- They ensure the timely and effective planning, integration and execution for major recruitment initiatives.
- They provide specialist advice and guidance to clients on the administration, interpretation, and application of effective employee recruitment
- They provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
Job requirement
- Candidates must complete post-secondary, preferably in a related field.
- They must have 1-3 years of relevant functional experience.
- They should have 1 or more years of experience in a unionised environment.
- They should have experience using an applicant tracking system as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms.
Work setting
- Candidates must be proficient in computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs.
- They should be good in communications, analytical, and customer service skills.
- They should have the ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
