Job description

  • Candidates must work with designated HR Business Partners to align business priorities with labour needs, based on clients’ recruitment forecasts and organisation structure needs.
  • They ensure the timely and effective planning, integration and execution for major recruitment initiatives.
  • They provide specialist advice and guidance to clients on the administration, interpretation, and application of effective employee recruitment 
  • They provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must complete post-secondary, preferably in a related field.
  • They must have 1-3 years of relevant functional experience.
  • They should have 1 or more years of experience in a unionised environment.
  • They should have experience using an applicant tracking system as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms.

Work setting

  • Candidates must be proficient in computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs.
  • They should be good in communications, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • They should have the ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
