Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to identify trends in historical reports and dissect data to identify potential causes for performance fluctuations.
- Candidates are also appointed to collaborate with the integration team to understand customer objectives and business challenges.
- They’re appointed to participate in integration testing and help to identify issues, ensure that the solution meets standards, and ensure the effectiveness of the solution.
- Candidates are also appointed to assist in conducting root cause analysis of issues, identify key and recurring problems, and provide solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Candidates are also appointed to assist in developing training materials for related groups and new Customer Solutions team members to provide clear instructions on the steps involved in developing and implementing customer solutions.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to manage Solutions and Solutions-supported collaboration sites to meet maintenance requirements and address business needs in the field.
- They’re appointed to provide support during all phases of testing and assist with issue resolution that comes up during onboarding.
- Candidates are also appointed to support customer needs, facilitate communication with integration stakeholders, participate in solutions, and handle any reporting that may arise during the entire customer lifecycle.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Excel Including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and data management skills.
- They must be proficient in Microsoft SQL and must have a background in IT, engineering, sales, or customer service.
