- Candidates working in this post are required to provide solutions that meet business area requirements like programming, unit testing, system testing, acceptance testing, and implementation.
- Candidates for this post are also required at this post to provide analysis services for medium-sized assignments and projects. It will also be responsible for preparing appropriate documentation.
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop timelines and budgets for assigned work, monitor timelines and report regularly, to the immediate supervisor, the progress and status of all assignments.
- They are also appointed at this post to advise clients and make recommendations on improvements to technology-related methods and processes.
- Candidates for this post are also appointed to coach and mentor other staff members working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates for this post must have working knowledge and experience with contemporary system design and development tools and techniques.
- They must have dedicated knowledge of current Information Technology Service Management processes.
- Candidates for this post must know about Robotic Process Automation to streamline processes and gain efficiencies.
- Candidates must have dedicated knowledge of current project management standards and procedures.
- They must have the ability to perform assignments in a variety of computer operating environments.
- Candidates for this post are required to be able to understand and respond to coaching and direction from more senior staff. Ability to work effectively in teams.
