Job Description

  • The candidate must write, modify, integrate, and test software code.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
  • The candidate must communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
  • The candidate must prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • The candidate must assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
  • The candidate must assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
  • The candidate will be responsible for researching and evaluating a variety of software products.
  • The candidate will be responsible for programming animation software to meet predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications.
  • The candidate will be responsible for programming special effects software for film and video applications.
  • The candidate must write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.
  • The candidate must consult with clients after the sale in order to provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a related industry.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Eclipse, Subversion (SVN), JavaOS, XML Technology (XSL, XSD, DTD), Servers, Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, Servlet, Object-Oriented programming languages, SQL, Project management software, Web service design, Ajax, JQuery, Soap, API, Git, Groovy, MySQL and XML.
