Job Description 

  • Applicants for this post are required to support the implementation of the Service’s social media policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring adherence to established branding standards.
  • Candidates for this post are appointed to monitor social media through a lens of identifying corporate reputational risk and issues requiring crisis communications mitigation and response working at this post. ।Candidates at this post are required to assist in and facilitate the creation and editing of written, video photo or other creative content for social media platforms at this post.
  • Candidates for this post are required to operationalize the Service’s social media strategy and procedures by listening to and responding to engagement.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates for this post must have completed a dedicated diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or social media to be eligible for this post.
  •  They must have a minimum of 5 years of corporate, business or government social media experience to be preferred for this post.
  • They must have excellent social listening skills and exceptional writing skills to be eligible for this post.
