Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining sidewalks, streets, roads, and public grounds.
- The candidate will be responsible for spreading sand or salt on sidewalks to control snow and ice.
- The candidate must operate drills and jackhammers to break up pavement.
- The candidate must assist equipment operators in securing attachments to equipment or trucks.
- The candidate must assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for sweeping debris and removing snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas, as well as loading snow and debris onto carts or trucks.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate must be flexible.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
Work site environment
- The candidate must be able to work in cold/refrigerated and wet/damp conditions.

- The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
