Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to maintain data integrity of transactional and master data across AMI software systems.
  • They’re also appointed to coordinate field service work associated with meters and mesh network devices.
  • Candidates are required to enhance AMI functionality by managing the deployment of new meter firmware and configurations working at this post.
  • They’re required at this post to monitor and analyze reports to identify meter data and mesh network issues, opportunities, and trends working at this post.
  • Candidates are also required to support stakeholders such as Customer Care, Billing Operations, and Audit Services to fulfil data requests and inquiries.
  • They’re also appointed at this post to collaborate with team members to develop and operationalize new and innovative business processes.

Job requirement 

  • They must have post-secondary or community college education related to Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants for this post must acquire prior experience supporting meter technologies, customer information systems, and work management systems.
  • They must attain the ability to prioritize and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time along with proven customer service skills to get preferred for this post.
  • They must acquire effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to be preferred for this post.
