Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are responsible for investigating and enforcing compliance with STRAVA and regulations.
- Candidates are also appointed to deliver the program, which requires developing and maintaining productive relationships with the platforms, local governments, short-term rental hosts, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates are also appointed to perform inspections, investigations, and compliance testing to identify non-compliance with legislation or regulations, license conditions or decisions, and impose fines or other sanctions against non-compliant parties.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to gathers evidence in preparation for criminal court proceedings.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed the master’s degree in administrative law, investigation and enforcement, criminology, or a related field and 6 months of related experience.
- Candidates must attain bachelor’s degree in administrative law, investigation and enforcement, criminology, or a related field and 1 year of related experience.
- Candidates must have a diploma in administrative law, investigation and enforcement, criminology, or a related field and 2 years related experience.
- Candidates must attains a dedicated certificate or competition of post-secondary coursework in administrative law, investigation and enforcement, criminology, or a related field and 3 years related experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience in by-law enforcement or inspection and investigation in a regulatory field.
