Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for compiling orders and instructions from customers.
• The candidate will be responsible for tracking and completing work orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing general office duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities between the warehouse and production units.
• The candidate must coordinate the traffic flow of supplies.
• The candidate will be responsible for compiling worksheets and specifications of orders.
• The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
• The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work.
• The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of shipments.
• The candidate will be responsible for scheduling assignments and coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising shippers and receivers.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy and busy environment with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, as well as many forklift truck drivers moving pallets between shelves.
