Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a strong passion for improving work experiences through design.
- They must attain experience with design thinking, user research, mind-mapping, wire-framing, and creating personas or other service design tools.
- Candidates must attain a portfolio of relevant UX Design, Service Design, Organizational Design, Media Production, or Strategic Initiatives work.
- They must attain the ability to distil complex topics into clear, engaging media that educates others.
- Candidates must attain strong interpersonal communication skills like the ability to empathize, understand, and prompt thoughtful answers.
