Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to slice vegetables for salads, entrees and garnish on prepared foods.
- They’re also appointed to assemble party trays, meals, pizzas and salads.
- Candidates at this post are appointed to prepare and cook rotisserie chickens, ribs and entrees.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to coat ribs with barbecue sauce, combine ingredients for entrees and sauces, mixes by hand, forms and assembles.
- Candidates are appointed to packages, wraps, seals, weights and labels products with automated wrapping machines. Stocks and rotates display case.
- They’re also appointed to follow Costco formulas and diagrams and monitor finished products to see that department consistency and quality standards are met.
- They’re required to comply with health code, such as sanitation, temperatures and pull dates.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to restock and assemble large boxes of ingredients and supplies in the prep area.
- Candidates are appointed to perform preventative maintenance for machinery, equipment and implements.
- They’re also required to cleans equipment by disassembling and spraying with a cleaning and sanitizing agent and wiping base.
- Candidates at this post are required for washes and sanitizes parts in 3-compartment sink or power soak sink.
Job requirement
- They must have completed a high School Diploma or GED to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have ensured food safety certification of Level 1 to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to communicate in French to be eligible for this post.
